Experiences of induction to online courses
As you watch these videos, you'll notice that each person emphasises different things about the process of beginning an online course. So although there are lots of best practice guidelines for teaching, perhaps one of the most important of those guidelines is to remember that all learners are different. We try in this course to offer several routes to course induction, and when you're thinking about how those work for you, you might also find it useful to think about how they would work for Jon, Kathy and Louise from these videos.
